Ingredients:
- Tilapia
- Garlic
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Mango Salsa or Traditional Salsa
- Pesto
- Dana’s Cannabis Spice
- (Infused) Oil & Vinegar
Directions:
To cook the rice, combine 1 part rice to 2 parts cannabis infused water, salt/pepper, and garlic. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer on low for 17-25 minutes, or until water has been absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat, let stand for 2 more minutes. Remove lid, fluff rice with a fork before serving.
To cook the tilapia, preheat 2 Tbsp. infused oil in skillet, over medium/low heat. Add garlic and pesto to oil. Sprinkle cannabis seasoning, salt and pepper, directly onto fish fillets. Carefully place each fillet into heated oil mixture. Cook 3-5 minutes per side. Serve over bed of rice, top with mango salsa.
